1.自動(dòng)焊焊接時(shí)會(huì)產(chǎn)生焊縫夾渣

主要有以下三個(gè)方面的原因造成的:

打底焊后不,致使在快速熱焊時(shí),未能使根部熔渣完全溢出。

如果施工地段起伏較大,土墩未及時(shí)墊到位,使管子處在受力狀態(tài),在焊接收弧點(diǎn),尤其是6點(diǎn)鐘位置易出現(xiàn)應(yīng)力裂紋。
