解決不銹鋼薄板焊接時燒穿、變形的主要措施有:

1、嚴格控制焊接接頭上的熱輸入量?選擇合適的焊接方法和工藝參數(主要有焊接電流、電弧電壓、焊接速度)。

2、通常對薄板焊接一般采用較小的噴嘴,但我們建議盡量采用大的噴嘴直徑,這樣使焊接時的焊縫保護面大一些,能較長時間隔絕空氣,使用壽命長。

3、用φ1.5鈰鎢極棒,磨削的尖度要更尖,且使鎢極棒伸出噴嘴的長度應盡量長些,這樣會使母材更快的熔化,也就是說熔化溫度上升更快,溫度會更集中,能使我們對需要熔化的位置盡可能快的熔化,且不會讓更多的母才溫度上升,這樣使材料的內應力發生變化的區域變小,也使材料的變形也會減少。

4、裝配尺寸力求準確,接口間隙盡量小。間隙稍大容易燒穿,或形成較大的焊瘤。

5、需要采用夾具?夾緊力平衡均勻。焊接不銹鋼薄板關鍵要注意:嚴格控制焊接接頭上的線,力求在能完成焊接的前提下盡量減小熱量輸入,從而減小熱影響區,避免上述缺陷的出現。

6、選擇合理的焊接順序,對于控制焊接殘余變形尤為重要,對于對稱焊縫的結構,應盡量采用對稱焊接;不對稱的結構,則采用先焊焊縫少的一則,后焊焊縫多的一側。使后焊的變形足以擬消前一側的變形,以使總體變形減小。

7、不銹鋼薄板用激光焊0.1MM都可以焊接。激光光點大小任意調節?能夠很好的把控。變形比本上也是沒有的。
